About the Role

  • Responsible for processing moderately complex retirement plan transactions and resolving problems or inquiries. Depending on assigned role, primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to : researching client and account manager inquiries for plans;
  • completing specific tasks related to fund changes, annual compliance testing, allocations, loans, forms processing, distribution and / or payroll processing;
  • coordinating participant statement outsourcing including coordinating statement processing with vendors and business support;
  • processing moderately complex plan administrative transactions for retirement recordkeeping and / or trust clients; and supporting the setup of, or changes to, new or existing retirement plans.

    Responsibilities :

  • Managing client contact and asset management for moderately complex, non-recordkeeping clients;
  • Coordinating participant statement outsourcing;
  • Performing plan administrative services, both recordkeeping and trust for retirement-plan recordkeeping clients;
  • Supporting the set-up of new or transitioned basic retirement plan accounts
  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Completed 2 years of college education without back subjects

    At least 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment

    At least 1 year of experience supporting a financial campaign

    Preferably with experience in investment banking (e.g. retirement services, 401K, securities, trades, and brokerage, etc.)

    Above average language proficiency level is expected

    Amenable to work in shifting schedules

    Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
