What you'll be doing :
As a Business Analyst, Automation you will be a key member of the Technology and Innovation Group at TTEC. Working with cross-functional teams from different business units to identify, scope, document and deliver results on Automation initiatives that will help transform TTEC's business.
You will be responsible for leveraging critical thinking to ensure all initiatives are accurately scoped, processes mapped, and test plans documented for the successful implementation of Automation solutions.
Understanding business requirements and clearly documenting them for our Automation Engineering team to deploy automation projects in an optimal manner
Serves as a key resource on complex and / or critical automation projects
Performs complex conceptual analysis
Ready development for automating manual workflows using Robotic Process Automation
Facilitating the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the Automation deployment phase
Drive end to end business and technical solution by coordinating various phases of development cycles
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and recommend test scope and test approach improvements
What you'll need to succeed :
2+ years of Business Analyst experience that includes some time spent gathering and documenting business requirements
2+ years of experience in process evaluation, process deconstruction, process improvement, solutioning, testing, and / or remediation
Previous experience in business analysis, reporting, problem identification, resolution, and root cause analysis
Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create, edit, track).
Nice to have, knowledge in ServiceNow, any automation tool.
