Job Description :

  • The person will be responsible for billing, posting customer payments, gathering and analyzing financial information and collections.
  • Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments
  • Process billings, adjustments, and write offs
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the billing system (manually encoded or through interface)
  • Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed
  • Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.
  • Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Thai
  • Proficient in MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus)
