As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you are expected to monitor, audit and give proactive coaching tips to the support staff on how they can improve their overall quality and CSAT.

As a QA you will be working closely with the leadership team, support our employees and the client to understand the challenges and opportunities the CSRs have.
