Group Intercompany Unit - Transfer Pricing Revenue Processor - Senior Analyst
Transfer Pricing is the application of arm's length pricing principles to all intra-group transactions by separate taxpayers, in accordance with Transfer Pricing Guidelines issued by the Organisation for Economic Co-
operation and Development (OECD) and any local country requirements where relevant. This function gate keeps business risks such as potential significant tax, regulatory, operational and Foreign Exchange (FX) exposure if not controlled correctly, as well as the over or understatement of Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) should revenue not be properly transfer priced.
In the capacity of a Transfer Pricing Revenue Processor you will perform transfer pricing calculations, bookings, intercompany invoicing and settlement, FX management and Management Review Process (MRP).
You will have to ensure that the quality of your output is performed in compliance with the predefined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA), are processed accurately and completely and done so in compliance with the established processes, procedures, policies and legal and statutory requirements.
You will have to ensure that proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is performed on operational issues, and performs sense checks or self-
review of process outputs to detect irregularities, errors or variances. You will have to assist with ad hoc projects and queries from the Finance group or the business, as well as engage in change initiatives that may include (but are not limited to) brain storming exercises, process improvement discussions, meetings, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-
deployment checks. Moreover, integral to this role will be building a relationship of trust with clients, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
For this requirement you will need to have a degree in Accountancy. It is strongly preferred that you have work experience in Banking and Finance, and have relevant background in Transfer Pricing.
You will need to be knowledgeable in US GAAP and IFRS, and preferably have SAP experience. You will need to be proficient in MS Office, particularly so in Excel.
You need to possess good communication, problem solving and analytical skills. You will need to be collaborative, resilient and results-oriented.
