  • As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality technical software support to clients using Deltek products.
  • Support Analysts work in a team environment and provide support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet.
  • The Technical Support Analyst analyzes and responds to customers technical issues encountered when running Deltek software.
  • Involves analyzing clients' server, workstation, or web configuration for running all products on Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Operates under moderate supervision and working US business hours.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Must have had coursework and / or experience in Enterprise solutions line of software, Windows Server & database administration, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases
  • Experience supporting a web-enabled software application preferred with knowledge of the following : web server deployment, internet connectivity, Active Directory, SSL, IIS, and firewalls
  • Successful history working in a team environment
  • Refined problem solving skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • 3+ years experience as a technical support analyst is preferred
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering related discipline or a technical diploma / certification in computer sciences or database administration
