Job Overview :

Accountable for maintaining data integrity and high stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

Actively partner with key HR stakeholders to ensure data integrity and high customer satisfaction

Role is not limited to data entry but may also be tasked to support organization maintenance activities and projects

Timely and accurate setup and / or maintenance of employee data

Works well with others as a team player to achieve team goals

Accountable for individual results and impact on team

Assists all HR stakeholders, functioning as a centralized resource

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism

Positive role model and coach to team members

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR gained in a high volume multi-national Shared Service environment

Experience and understanding of Oracle Cloud and case management systems

Experience in other HR / Payroll systems such as Taleo, JDE, SAP, Oracle

Excellent spoken and written communication skills ability to speak a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch would be beneficial

Experience in preparing reports and data analyses

Ability to learn and support new systems and applications

Excellent attention to details and processes

Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

Experienced and willing to work on rotating shifts based on 24 / 7 operations

Desired / Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in a Human Resources department

Knowledge and experience using advanced excel functions

Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

Actual project management experience

Other Details :

This role will be part of Shared Services Team that will support McDermott's global operations on 24 / 7 basis.
