PROJECTS & DELIVERABLES :
Execute communication strategies.
Prepare communication content, campaign materials and contributes ideas that align with strategic priorities and objectives.
Collect data, reports, and analyze metrics that help correlate internal communications programs to employee productivity.
Collaborate with HR partners in planning, preparing, and developing communication materials and multi-media learning materials.
Leverage virtual education materials and tools.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Graduate of BS Development Communication / Mass Communication / English / Journalism, or any communication-related Course
Knowledgeable in : Editing graphics tools like adobe photoshop, etc.Scriptwriting, video capturing and editingCreating communication campaign materials and infographicsDeveloping multi-media learning materials and training contentsMicrosoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Flexible, curious, assertive, and proactive
Outstanding attention to detail
Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple projects within deadline with minimum supervision
Strong team player
Preferably, with at least 1-2 years’ experience in the same field
