Job Description : Maintaining & controling training schedules, training equipment to support training implementation as planned.
Maintaining the preparation and documentation of training and briefing evaluation to support training implementation as planned.
Producing info blast, and other document related to support training & socialization implementation as planned. Providing regular report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis as basic information that will be used for training improvement and future decision making Organizing event which related to Operations & Facilitating any of external training request according to Operation needs.
Minimum Qualifications : Minimum D3 from any major 1-2 years as Training Assistant / Administrator / Event Coordinator Fair in English (writing & speaking) Able to operate basic Ms.
Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) High attention to detail and accuracy (especially in numbers) Strong in admistration skill Previous experience of managing documents and organizing events Able to communicate information in a clear and concise way with relevance to audience
