Job Description :
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long-term HR strategy and business goals.
The role will develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective function (MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions or retirement programs) for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable.
S / he will manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.
