    You will be responsible for :

  • Entering orders into system and preparing invoices for orders
  • Handling logistics for product delivery, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled
  • Attending to order-related issues and resolving them in a timely manner, with top-class customer service
  • Monitoring backlogs and payment due and following up until case has been closed
  • Preparing monthly and annual sales reports
  • Identifying ways to improve processes and standards
  • The Profile

    You have a degree in a related field with at least 1 year experience in Logistics or similar role. You are highly organised, with basic understanding of order processing and expertise in MS Office.

    You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
