The opportunity

EY GDS Markets Services is seeking for Virtual Account Managers whose primary function include Global Account Management, Marketing and Sales Management, and Financial Management & Reporting.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge of Account management processes and tools
  • Manage multiple accounts
  • Work with the Account Partners and global Account team to achieve the goals for global revenue, margin and sales / pipeline
  • Global Account Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and EY services to co-develop an account strategy for new business or current business expansion
  • Participates and manages account key initiatives around EY’s Account Management Framework (AMF); growth strategy and plan execution
  • Plans and facilitates account team meetings. Monitors and updates any action takeaways from account team
  • Work with various geographic account teams to ensure alignment of account objectives and operations across all service lines
  • Develop and manage the Account onboarding process and appropriate materials
  • Collate Client Experience feedbacks and drive action plans
  • Build and manage account documentation ( MSA, Rate Card, SOW templates, onboarding documents, team process documents, etc.
  • and guide team on access and usage

  • Act as a project manager for specific Account initiative / s
  • Build and maintain a collaborative relationship across all service lines and enablement teams within EY to achieve account success
  • Own and manage the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes
  • Identify and cascade of relevant news and thought leadership / insight to strengthen presence
  • Helps in RFP or RFI coordination with account or Pursuits teams
  • Marketing and Sales Management

  • Manage the Account sales pipeline process and drive discipline across global team. Execute win / loss analysis
  • Creation and maintenance of Account marketing materials ( team brochure relationship map, or event materials)
  • Perform historical / data analysis to identify account trends on services per request from account teams
  • Financial Management & Reporting

  • Reviews the account financials revenue, sales pipeline and margin and provide awareness to Account leadership on drivers of Account performance
  • Monitors the account operational metrics important to the team and work with Account partners or service line leaders on account related issues
  • Review billing / invoice issued and execute debrief on overdue invoices for Global Client Service Partner reporting
  • Support special projects as needed that require financial data / analysis

  • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Passion in working in a multinational organization with a diverse culture
  • Willingness to work on night shift to work with counterparts, stakeholders, and clients in the US
  • 8-10 years of work experience
  • Demonstrable experience operating and executing projects in a matrixed and geographically distributed organization as a project lead and a project team member with limited oversight
  • Technology :

  • Understand the Business Intelligence tools and should be able to draw the meaningful insights for the account teams to take informed decisions
  • Understanding of CRM tools functionality and practical experience and experience in supporting Account’s go-to-market efforts
  • Understanding of financial reporting tools and practical experience to support financial management activities or performing data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Project management, use of procurement portals ( SAP Fieldglass or Ariba) are nice to have
