Job Description

  • Shared Responsibility for Sales Targets
  • Understands sales trends and identifies strategies by agency
  • Presents this through an annual account plan to management
  • Driving Sales
  • Initiates sales driving activity for the network by understanding the advertiser / brand needs and providing them with branding opportunities customized per client using various programs and other network properties (360 plan)
  • Leads the pre-selling of network projects
  • Advertiser Plans and Pitches
  • Takes overall leadership in conceptualization, development and preparation of actual advertiser plans and pitches that should result in winning the project
  • Client Servicing
  • Responds to advertiser / agency pitches and requests
  • Ensures client satisfaction
  • Program presentation and pitches
  • Report Preparation and Submission
  • Monthly business tracking report
  • Weekly projects in play report
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mass Communications, Marketing. Advertising, PR or related courses
  • With substantial experience / exposure in the marketing communications field, strategic planning, advertising / creative agency work
  • Can relate to all levels of the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project / time management and presentation skills
