Responsible in receiving request from the business local counterparts for Customer creation and updates validation via the database.
Coordinates with Local Sales, Finance or Customer Service team via phone, chat or email for verification purposes
Responsible for various coordination in gathering the information needed for material master data maintenance in Sap. Includes answering of queries / emails, monitoring of workflows and sending of announcement for activated materials
Responsible in timely and accurately submission of various SAP download for price and customer master information
Responsible in updating files needed for monitoring such as master data tracker, utilization / productivity tool and attendance tracker and regular documentation update
Fluent Mandarin Language skills (oral, written and reading - must be able to converse with native speakers and read documents in simplified Chinese)
Proficient in English Communication skills
Preferably with 1 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service or equivalent
