Job Description

This position is responsible for benefits and HRIS administration


  • Enrollment of HMO, Life & Accident Insurance
  • Validation & Submission of statutory reports to government agencies
  • Processing of statutory documents for enrollment and monthly report submission
  • Processing of Ayala Coop loans, SSS & Pag-ibig Salary loans
  • HRIS

  • Loan Management & Updating of employee information
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in the data encoding, time and attendance, and benefits processing.
  • Excellent MS office skills (MS Excel & Word)
  • System process oriented, strong user of HRIS and high level attention to detail and accuracy.
