Job Description

The role would require the suitable candidate to work from home full time under the current COVID conditions.

We are seeking a team member to assist in the administration tasks to support both our Paraplanning and Financial Advice teams.

What You'll Do :

  • Carry out policy calls and the data entry and ongoing administration associated
  • Assist with the requesting of Insurance Quotes and follow-up
  • Monitoring of submission and progress of administration documents such as Information Authorities
  • Complete product comparison reports and analysis, including research and contacting providers for specific client portfolio information.
  • Data entry, including updating of client files and maintaining accuracy
  • Research of existing investment and insurance products
  • Liaising with insurance firms, superannuation funds and other platforms
  • Who You Are :

  • At least two years experience in the Financial Planning industry
  • XPLAN experience is desirable
