As a Benefits Insights Local Country Implementation Specialist within H&B Non North America, you will be responsible for supporting multiple countries around the world with the implementation and set-

up of the new client facing Benefits Insights Local Country technology platform. You will work with client teams to ensure new clients are efficiently and accurately implemented on the platform.

Performance Objectives :

  • Requires in depth knowledge (training to be provided) of Benefits Engine and Benefits Insights technology platforms and implementation / set-up processes
  • Work with local country health & benefits client teams to implement clients on the Benefits Insights local country technology platform.
  • Specific duties will include :

  • Monitor mailboxes for team requests to implement new clients
  • Support client governance and prioritization by maintaining the prioritization spreadsheet tool with supporting client details and implementation progress
  • Provide access to client teams to the Benefits Engine and Benefits Insights demo and client sites
  • Initiate and conduct internal team calls / meetings to kick-off new engagements and discuss the project plan, steps, timing and roles
  • Assist client teams with viewing, reviewing and completing / updating plan data in Benefits Engine
  • Work with client teams to collect and complete client specific data and information necessary to set-up Benefits Insights
  • Work within Benefits Engine and Benefits Insights to set-up / configure the systems specific to the client
  • Assist the client team with the review of Benefits Engine plan data and the Benefits Insights site prior to going live with the client
  • Trouble shoot and correct inaccurate information within Benefits Engine and Benefits Insights
  • Educate the client team on how to maintain plan data in Benefits Engine on an ongoing basis

  • Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions to meet our client teams’ and operational efficiency needs
  • Provide technical and general application function / feature support for clients teams
  • Manage and triage multiple incoming priorities effectively by understanding client needs and meeting standard service level agreements
  • Ensure professional excellence standards are met by conducting proper peer review of data and site set-up
  • Ensure all client documentation and deliverables are securely managed and saved on appropriate internal client sites (e.g., TCT)
  • Create, follow and manage work assignments using the Case Management system
  • People / Clients

  • Build and maintain good relationships with company Local Country Teams with whom you are assigned
  • Manage priorities, escalations, and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure timely response and communications to team requests
  • Financial

  • Ensure efficient delivery of implementations by following project plans and leveraging best practice tools and templates
  • Assist with ongoing operational improvements of the process and tools

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the Financials, Human Resources or Benefits domain areas is preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with countries outside the Philippines preferred
  • Ability to work on "virtual" teams with members from different geographic areas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Working within tight deadlines; balancing time across multiple, simultaneous projects involving different project team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related area
  • Amenabe to start ASAP on a shifting schedule
