    As a Lead Generation Specialist you are responsible for :

  • Responsible for prospecting through an email campaign, social media campaign, and using LinkedIn to identify new prospects
  • Responsible for distributing fresh leads to lead development specialists monthly
  • Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM
  • Responsible for keeping our lead pipeline healthy by making sure that we enough fresh leads and that these fresh leads have valid information
  • Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task / work on multiple and simultaneous projects
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from Manager to C level
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company
  • The Profile

  • Proven prospecting track record with SME and large enterprise companies
  • Able to determine a prospect’s needs and translate those needs into a potential fit for the SaaS solution
  • Understands the concept of needs identification
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience with outbound sales prospecting
  • The ability to succeed with limited supervision
  • A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
  • Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills
  • Strong organizational skills
