design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards / newspaperS
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Has knowledgable in end to end process
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Social Science / Sociology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication skills (Oral and Written), Keen to detail, and highly organized
Competencies Required : Numerical ability and data entry skills Ability to work to deadlines
1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
