  • design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards / newspaperS
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Has knowledgable in end to end process
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Social Science / Sociology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills (Oral and Written), Keen to detail, and highly organized
  • Competencies Required : Numerical ability and data entry skills Ability to work to deadlines
  • 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
  • 1 Full-time position is available.
