Position Summary

We are looking for a recruiter to join our Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition (APAC TA) team. Our TA team is responsible for all recruitment activities across multiple business units and functions.

In this role, you will support hiring managers in Philippines with their recruiting requirements, develop attraction strategies and manage end to end recruitment whilst ensuring a candidate centric approach.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC and will be based in NCR’s Cebu office.

You can expect to :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR managers on their talent requirements
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, identifying the right talent
  • Assist and execute in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies
  • Own the Talent Acquisition process including but not limited to; Advertisement Sourcing Sell NCR’s EVPInterviews Candidate offer negotiation Maintain established company policies & procedures
  • Deliver candidate experiences during the recruitment process that meet a high standard, level of communication, courtesy, follow up
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
  • To be successful you have :

  • 5 + years of recruitment experience either in-house or in an agency
  • Manage multiple positions at one time through the end to end recruitment process
  • A track record of recruitment success in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience developing creative sourcing strategies that are linked to businesses strategic plans
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Provide a customer centric approach to recruiting across the region
  • Influence and negotiation ability coupled with flexibility and resilience
  • Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues, compensation and candidate negotiations
  • Technical recruitment experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience with Workday RMS (preferred)
