Our Managed Trading Services Team (MTS) offers the most effective risk, liability, and player management service for sports betting operators and lotteries around the world.

Working within the Trading Services team, as a Trading supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of team of analysts in the daily running of Sportradar's rapidly expanding Managed Trading Service (MTS) and its core Pre-

Match Odds Service (PMOS).

The Challenge

  • Working closely with the Trading Manager including managing the team when the Trading Manager is on leave.
  • Assisting Management with monitoring team productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. -
  • Reporting Monthly KPIs to Senior Management -
  • Supporting the internal training of new and existing colleagues. -
  • Assisting the recruitment process of new analysts and working closely with our Global Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Supervising the creation and management of Sportradar' s pre-match odds service -
  • Attending and contributing towards weekly operational calls between trading offices. -
  • Recognizing market movement and taking appropriate action -
  • Risk Management through Risk Monitoring and Customer categorization -
  • Testing of trading platforms and continued quality assurance -
  • Planning weekly schedules and daily duties and also monthly meetings for the team -
  • Effectively responding to Client queries -
  • Analysis of Sport and Market performance
  • Your Profile

  • In-depth understanding of odds and mathematical probabilities
  • Awareness of trading and odds compiling in both pre-match and live environments
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to take immediate action in a fast-moving trading environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Passion for sports, and extensive knowledge of different leagues and competitions worldwide
  • Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadline
  • Flexibility with regards to shift patterns
  • Previous Supervisory experience (Preferable)
  • Knowledge of SQL (Preferable)
  • A Data story teller and an appreciation for both the power and limits of data. You will be able to communicate your findings, orally and visually
