What will you do?
As a Security manager, you will oversee major components of the physical and procedural security programs of two corporate offices and one plant.
You are expected to expertly manage the day-to-day security operations with minimal to no supervision, and be able to work non-
traditional hours as needed. You should be comfortable in working in both an office setting and factory setting as well.
Your key RESPONSIBILITIES include :
You will conduct internal fraud investigations
You will do risk analysis as it relates to country-wide business travel
You will acquire security surveys of company sites, and making recommendations to mitigate any potential threat to employee security or loss of company property
You will conduct and / or coordinate executive protection assignments
You will develop security surveys and security protocols for company sponsored events held both on and off company property
You will represent security on any crisis management teams
You will analyze, report, and potentially act upon any developing local threat that may pose a potential security risk to employees or facilities
You will provide security awareness training
You will interact with external resources such as police, security vendors, or other third party security contacts
You will represent the company on the Overseas Security Advisory Council hosted by the U.S. Embassy
You will serve as the primary point of contact for entering security related incident reports into the company’s online reporting tool.
We are looking for people who have :
a four year degree from an accredited university
fluent in written and spoken Tagalog and English.
at least seven years experience in security management; Preference : Security management experience obtained working for a large international company Competencies / Skills :
Proficiency in physical security concepts such as access control and guard management
Proficiency in conducting investigations;
Proficiency with conducting oral presentations
Proficiency drafting investigative or subject matter reports
Proficiency with using windows based applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel Preferred competencies / Skills :
Demonstrated experience conducting fraud-type investigation and personal property theft
Demonstrated experience conducting threat assessments and risk analysis
Demonstrated experience conducting security awareness type training
Demonstrated experience with coordinating executive protection work
Demonstrated experience with conduct security surveys
Demonstrated experience with cooperating or developing relationships with external agencies such as police, security vendors, and other security contacts
