Overall responsible in operations management
Monthly reporting on volumes, SLA’s and contracts passing quality review
Proactively communicating issues and status regularly with Business Operations
Complies with and fully understands metrics related policies and requirements
Complies with and fully understands Operations Model related policies and procedures
Provide insightful analytics & recommendations to improve service quality, efficiency & cost
Develop and maintains positive relationships with clients on escalated issues. Responds to problems in a tactful & expedient manner.
Train establish & instill Operational Excellence work style and mindset among team members.
Drive process improvements & project manage initiatives.
Develop people, provide guidance and coaching to Team Leads, QA Analyst / Senior Analyst
Provides support according to BCP Strategy.

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
Requires 7 years of experience in admin task role in an IT, outsourcing, or Shared Services industry with five (5) years people management experience handling minimum of 30 people
Willing to be assigned to different Accenture Manila offices (Eastwood, Cubao, Boni, etc.)
Amenable to work in Mid-Shift or Day-Shift schedule
