Designs and develops tools and applications that help process improvement and increase account productivity.
Works with the operations teams to establish reporting requirement and provide comprehensive data on a regular basis to help them assess service performance.
Provides coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
Suggests and shares ideas for system improvement. Works closely with financial reporting such as Payroll, incentives, invoicing and revenues.
Responsible for client coordination specially with reporting Works with Workforce Management on forecasting, scheduling and staff planning.
Responsible for up-skilling of current and future RA / RTA staff with necessary tools and resources such as MS Office, Visual Basic, and etc.

Reports to : Workforce Manager
Education and / or Experience :
College Graduate or equivalent education and / or experience. At least 3-5 years of BPO or experience in Reporting and Workforce Management
Work environment :
The work environment is professional, office. Business casual attire.
Physical demands :
May require work on a shifting schedule, weekends, holidays and inclement weather conditions.May require overtime work.
