The Role

Performance Objectives :

  • Metrics Reporting and Analysis
  • Maintain current metrics reporting tools and templates and identify areas for improvements
  • Work with report users to evaluate the quality and completeness of the tools and templates
  • Collect input data from functional owners / different sources
  • Generate reports following an agreed schedule
  • Analyse the reports and provide commentaries, as appropriate
  • Facilitate the review of the reports prior to publication
  • Present the reports to stakeholders, as necessary
  • Project Management
  • Perform a technical / functional project role, as needed
  • Develop and / or improve reporting templates
  • Work effectively with a matrix project team
  • Monitor regularly project cost versus budget
  • Track risks, issues, and escalate, as necessary
  • Provide periodic status updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare for and provide assistance to the Project Manager in conducting regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Attend project meetings on behalf of the Project Manager, as may be required
  • Communication and Change Management
  • Work with H&B team to develop and roll out email announcements, teasers, and other communication collaterals
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives via project roadshows in team meetings and town halls
  • Excellence
  • Contribute to improving the tools and processes, and providing solutions to meet the country and process teams’ and operational efficiency needs
  • Ensure all documentation and deliverables are securely managed and saved on appropriate internal client sites (e.g., TCT)
  • People / Clients
  • Build and maintain good relationships with WTW Country and Process Teams and Local Country Stakeholders with whom you are working with
  • Manage priorities, escalations, and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure timely response and communications to team requests
  • Financial
  • Assist with ongoing operational improvements of the process and tools
  • Working within tight deadlines; balancing time across multiple, simultaneous projects that may involve different procedures and project team members
  • Collaboration with a global team, including taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriate
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working across geographic boundaries
  • Ability to understand and interpret data and translate into reports
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledgeable in Power BI and similar tools is a plus
  • Ability to collect, organize, synthesize data and summarize findings
  • Ability to accept, direct, and perform responsibilities and work assigned as a project team member in support of the overall project
  • Experienced in creating comprehensive / various types of reports
  • 3+ years of reporting experience
