RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Content Development Executive will be accountable to create and execute communication plans and tactical content defined by overall strategic and executional priorities of, but not limited to, acquiring new customers and retaining current customers across the consumer journey and state.

He / She will be required to develop meaningful and impactful content for multiple programs across multiple touchpoints in an omni-channel approach -

involving coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.Overall communication execution should ensure consistency and alignment with overall business strategy and critical KPIs. YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of projects -
  • specific to either Acquisition or Retention projects, encompassing multiple channels as applicable

  • Clearly brief and provide direction to internal and external counterparts to ensure that program content is clear on overall strategy and objectives
  • Utilize consumer, industry trends, best practices and competitive activities / environment to ensure that programs, content are fully relevant to segments and touchpoints
  • Coordination and execution of content that involves internal cross functional teams at the same time external agencies while managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Involvement in complex projects that require broad understanding of target adult smoker / current user needs, portfolio / brand strategies, Philippine tobacco industry and regulatory environment and internal processes QUALIFICATIONS :
  • You must have a bachelor’s degree, with relevant experience working in large, multi-national consumer experience role including consumer engagement, planning, execution, and delivering on programs or projects.

    You should have an extensive experience and broad knowledge of Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and Creatives will be an advantage -

    as this indicates a good balance between consumer centricity and subject matter expertise, as well as experience working in a cross-functional environment and working with stakeholders from regional and global teams, and localization of global concepts and programs Other skills :

    Technical :

    Familiarity with project management processes-

    Experience working with content management systems-

    Experience with omni-channel deployment-

    PC skills :

    Microsoft Office, project management tools and data-analytics tools preferred (e..Tableau)-

    Stakeholder and Agency / Vendor management-

    Familiarity with digital marketing (social media, influencers channels, consumer trends)-

    Familiarity with customer acquisition, loyalty and advocacy platforms-

    Familiarity with service marketing -
