Job Description :
â Develop new business to introduce Staff Domain services by connecting with business executives and stakeholders within the target market
â Identify sales leads, decision makers, timelines, and specific qualifications and validate prospect information in the database / CRM
â Build and cultivate strong prospect relationships by initiating communications and making follow ups in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
â Seek out new market insights, competition, and business possibilities through research and analysis
â Utilize digital marketing and social media to attract leads and capture prospectsâ interests
â Act as facilitator between executives and prospects for sales-ready appointments
â Generate and contact leads through cold calling and / or e-mail / drip marketing to obtain key information and meet lead generation criteria
â Optimise the flow of leads within marketing campaigns based on opportunity , pipeline velocity, and organizational ability
â Generate report and provide comparative analysis and progress based on accumulated data
Job Qualifications :
â Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
â 5+ years experience in sales lead generation, telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, business development
â Strong understanding of the BPO industry, seat leasing / staff leasing, and managed services
â Strong understanding of the Australian landscape and operating environment is preferred
â Strong understanding and experience in drip campaigns, CRM software, research, and consumer behavior
â Working knowledge on marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / Social media etc.
and market research methods
â Strong creative, organization, critical thinking, interpersonal, negotiation skills
â Excellent written and verbal business English communication skills
