Plan, strategize and implement Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Programs in the organizationSupervise safety operations including legal compliances, hazard and incident management and other safety programsDevelop and innovate safety management systems through data collection and analysisResearch, study, evaluate, and implement existing and new safety standards in consonance with the government environmental standards, occupational safety and health, fire code, and its implementing rules and regulations in accordance with international and local safety standardsEstablish policies and procedures to standardize corporate implementation of the OSH ProgramsManage internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of the OSH ProgramsDevelop safety engagement activities to increase safety culture within the organizationAssist government regulatory bodies during audit and inspectionConduct a safety evaluation of work units and immediate implementation of safety requirements and projectsRequired SkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective and fluent written and verbal communication skillsRequired ExperienceGraduate of any four-year course with at least three (3) years of experience in the field of Occupational Safety and HealthAt least three (3) years experience on policy and procedure development and enforcement, accident prevention, emergency response, accident investigation, and compliance to Occupational Safety and Health StandardCompleted the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training CoursePreferably a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner
