Bachelor's / College Degree, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent
Sufficient years experience in Recruitment / HR role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Flexible on working hours (there will be requirements to work in line with European, American or Asian business hours)
Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook)
