The QA / UAT analyst will report to the Senior Director of Data Strategy and Operations. The team is growing rapidly in an exciting industry.
The team is focused on delivering high fidelity data company-wide with the goal of enriching customer experiences and products.
This is achieved by delivering best in class data wrapped in intelligent and actionable data points that guide our Product Strategy, Client Insights and internal operations teams.
In this role the QA / UAT analyst will be responsible for establishing and maintaining data quality for the team and its stakeholders.
Scope will cover processes and products that the DNA team either owns or supports. Duties and Responsibilities : Create quality measurements to track improvement in products / processes / workflows Create audit and error trapping protocols and scripts based upon data quality standards Develop reports and triggers based on audits and error trapping scripts that document errors and data quality issues Develop UAT Standard Operating Procedures and ensure adherence across team Participate in Scrums and Sprints as UAT lead Execute quality improvement testing and activities Develop quality assurance standards and procedures for QA and UAT activities Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand Work closely with the development team to improve existing products via UAT Maintain and improve standards for reliability and performance of production Requirements : Experience with SQL and python and creating glue / lambdas in AWS environment Must have effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills Good customer focus and team player focus Able to work in Agile frameworks, i.
