    We’ll be looking to you to be the first point of contact for our Quezon City office. You’ll support Western Union employees, vendors, and guests by performing administrative duties and providing excellent customer service.

    You’ll welcome Western Union employees and guests and act as a company ambassador. This is an exciting role with excellent cross-company exposure and promotion potential, ideal for an ambitious and high-energy performer.

    Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have :

    Administrative experience and / or project support experienceExcellent customer service skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with other assistants and company personnelCapability to manage and prioritize multiple projects / tasks independentlyProfessionalismProficient in Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelKnowledgeable to photoshop is an advantage
