  • Effectively communicate product information to customers through email, phone and other digital communication platforms
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customers information
  • Provide immediate resolution with compliance with the standard responses
  • Respond to inquiries related to product information and pricing, product quality complaints, adverse experiences and more
