Job Description :

Evaluates current business practices looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs and make the best use of the organization's business resources.

Initiate, plan, and monitor the implementation of the process improvement activities of Quality Team through close coordination with different individuals and teams of SPX and other entities.

Work closely with Standard & Document Control (SDC), Compliance & Audit (CA), and key stakeholders while conducting study or conceptualization of process and system improvement ideas and initiatives.

Ensure that risk identification and management is included during the conceptualization of process improvements.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other related / equivalent course.

At least two (2) years of experience related to Logistics / Supply Chain Management coming from e-commerce, Third-Party Service Providers (3PL), FMCG and Retail / Commercial industries.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Quality Management environment, ISO certified organization is highly preferred but not required.

Preferably with training in the following or its equivalent : Root Cause Analysis, Presentation Skills Workshop, Risk Management, Data Privacy Policy.

Certification, training and background in project management, & process / system automation is an advantage

Certification, training, and background in Lean Six Sigma application is highly preferred

Can communicate well both in written and oral using the English language

Amenable to visit hubs or do local travel; Flexible in working schedules
