Job Summary

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

1. Effectively collaborate with different department contacts in order to

implement, maintain and continuously strive to improve a culture of data

collection, analysis and quality of work and service.

2. Monitor trends in data gathered and provide appropriate insights necessary to

eliminate future occurrences and improve customer service levels.

3. Identifies, reports and provides insights to issues proactively and immediately

escalates any critical issues

4. Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from senior members of the

organisation

5. Ability to build dashboards in Microsoft CRM and standardised reporting tools

to measure improvements and highlight issues

6. Perform Quality Analysis of tasks and customer reports.

7. Partner with IT and the business to deliver automated data quality solutions

8. Build QA framework

Duties :

1. Organising, maintaining, extracting, and analysing data and information

contained in company databases / systems

2. Create trend reports and analysis based on frequency required as well as ad-hoc

quality and data analysis upon request

3. Conduct quality check of tasks, reports and services provided for both internal

and external customers.

4. Monthly KPI reporting for the business.

5. Perform other tasks as agreed.

Essential Skills : 1. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VBA, Vlookup, Hlookup, nested queries)

3. SQL Knowledge

4. Quantitative data analysis skills

5. BI experience

6. Strong numerical and written literacy

7. Jira & Confluence experience a bonus

1. Exhibit strong attention to detail.

2. Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.

3. Ensure accountability for all tasks and deliverables completed

4. Good communication skill and able to present information both verbal and

written form

Previous related experience required. At least one (3) years of related

experience preferred in Quality and Data Analysis.

4. Goal orientated both independently and as a team
