Respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings and appointments
Book travel and accommodations
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees’ administrative queries
Taking down minutes of meetings
Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
Manage social media sites
Onboard new clients
Do simple photo editing, as needed
Excellent client management skills
Proven LinkedIn account management experience
Working experience in a digital marketing agency is an advantage
Experience using web-based project management tools
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
Ability to communicate in English; both written and conversation
