Site Location : BGC, Taguig
Document and update existing processes for Telco account transactions.
Crafting High-Level Design processes for assigned projects
Crafting the work instructions - a step by step guide designed to serve as a guide to operational teams in the conduct of their interactions with customers
Craft announcements, as need be, for specific program launches
Maintenance and safe keeping of process documents
Any other duties as reasonably requested by the employer.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, any field.
Above average to excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to details
Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications and other software / platforms is an advantage
Working experience in Customer Service and / or sales, BPO setting is a plus
Can handle high-level tasks with good workload management
Experience in project management is a plus.
