    Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

    Training : None Required

    Experience : None Required

    Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level eligibility

    Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based)

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or any relevant

    Course

    Training : 4 hours relevant training

    Experience : 1 year relevant experience

    Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level eligibility

    Specific functions and tasks :

    1.Prepare periodic reports regarding the status of equipment.

    2.Assists annual inventory of equipment and prepares reports for submission to the Bureau of Supply coordination and COA.

    3.Attends to the disposal of unserviceable equipment.

    4.Materials orderly up to date records and ledger cards of equipment and does other related work.

    6.Photocopy of Board Rating / CS Eligibility (if any)

    7.Photocopy of Certificate of Previous employment (if any)

    8.Copy of duly signed IPCR / Summary of Ratings (for insider only)
