  • 25%) Makes high level agency representation and effectively mainstream / advocate TVET concerns in local inter-agency and regional;
  • 25%) Directs implementation of TESD programs, projects and related activities in the local and in the region;
  • 15%) Manages TESD resources in the school;
  • 15%0 Plans and implements policy inputs;
  • 15%) Causes school resources mobilization and ensure prudent utilization of agency budget according to work plan; and
  • 5%) Performs other function as maybe authorized JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE : Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job Experience : 2 years of relevant experience Training : 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
  • IT skills and familiarity with the use of database and the internet
  • Teamwork and management skills
  • With good communication skills
  • NC II and NC III holder
  • Holder of Trainers Methodology Level I
  • Holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) CORE COMPETENCIES :
  • Work effectively in vocational education and training
  • Lead workplace communication
  • Supervise implementation of quality standards and procedures
  • Supervise workplace health, safety, security practices and environmental requirements
  • Facilitate the promotion of programs and services
  • Plan training programs All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than May 30, 2019 :
  • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with experience sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
  • Service Records;
  • List of supervisory / managerial and other training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates undertaken within the last 5 years;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
  • Accomplished Potential Assessment Form 1- Supervisor and 1- Peer;
  • Accomplishments / Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details :
  • Superior / Supervisor
  • Subordinate
  • Client / Stakeholder;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma; and
