In one sentence
Responsible for the administration of the monthly European payroll processes. Will act as a point of reference for the payroll providers and employees in respect of payroll-related queries, administer processes and produce returns relating to payroll activity.
What will your job look like?
You will ensure that employee compensation data is updated in the payroll systems, as per instructions received from HR.
You will liaise with HR in order to receive employee and compensation data.
You will aggregate and process salaries, based on inputs and adjustment provided by HR.
You will calculate the tax and social benefit deductions as well as non-mandatory deductions and review and approve the salaries on a biweekly / monthly basis.
You will act as helpdesk for employees' inquiries.
You will prepare and provide end-of-year tax forms.
You will validate that HR instructions and payroll processing comply with legislative requirements.
All you need is...
5-6 years’ experience in EMEA payroll
Extensive knowledge of payroll end to end
Knowledge of statutory requirements
ADP Payforce : Advantage
ERP : Advantage
SAP : Required
Strong Excel background
Strong customer service capabilities
Advanced English skills
Ability to work in a dynamic high performance environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with other non-tax professionals (HR, finance etc.).
Amenability to work on a midshift
