Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

Functional and stress testing of the web and mobile applications

Ensure that the released product to the Production is bug free and is working as expected

Create test plan and test scripts based on the specified technical requirements and specifications

Analyze and document test results using standard templates

Communicate with technical and non-technical resources to discuss test results

Issue new product release notes

Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues

Educational Attainment

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.

Qualifications

Experience in using mobile and web applications

Knowledge in software documentation

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems

Looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place

Rebuilding and correcting software application

Able to use automation tools for testing mobile, web and backend applications

Good communications skills both written and verbal
