Shopper Field Marketing (SFM) Zone Manager
As an SFM Zone Manager, you will be the overall lead for channel health and development within the assigned zone. You will be responsible in managing the framework of the relationship between JTI and the trade within the assigned zone by developing and implementing strategic business building programs to enhance equity, consumer loyalty, company image, trade partnership, accelerate trade development and growth for long term sustainability and profitability.
WHAT WILL YOU DO :
Responsible for the organizational health, individual performance, compliance and development planning of the Field Development Specialist members within the assigned zone
Reviews and understands all relevant information across territories within the assigned zone through data understanding, competitive review, field work and insighting
Conducts briefing to Field Development Specialists in order to guide them in the cascade to field sales for the proper execution of programs across trade partners and outlets consistent with program objectives, timelines, allocations, and all other company protocols.
Overseeing all activities within the zone which will cover but not limited to : deals, price offs, trade incentives, bundling activities (multi-pack or premium), trade rebates, sampling and brand activations.
Responsible for promotions budget management within the assigned zone
YOU ARE / HAVE :
8 years experience in Sales,Trade / Channel Marketing or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience from an FMCG company
Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills
Ability in Data Gathering, Insighting and Analysis
Strong in Trade & Channel Development Strategy & Plan Formulation
Good communication skills - oral and written (Engish, Filipino)
Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Defensive driving skills with Non Professional Driver's License
