Looking for a bright, enthusiastic Travel Coordinator to support CEO / Top Management. Must have an American accent and speaks well over the phone.

Must be willing to work night shift and can start immediately.This is a high-paced role where the incumbent will experience significant demands and pressures if they are unable to competently manage their daily workloads and duties.

  • Summary of the Position’s purpose or role : This role involves aspects of the handling and processing of instructions received from the Company including but not limited to : Arrange travel for business and vacationDetermine needs and preferences, such as schedules and costsPlan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day tripsFind fare and schedule informationCalculate total travel costsBook reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursionsAdvise Management about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visasGive advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractionsMake alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the tripDay to day admin support to personal travel managers via email or other online systems as required;
  • Required Education, Skills, and QualificationsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.

    Preferably 3-4 Yrs experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalentHighly detail oriented with the ability to concentrate on multiple tasks with tight deadlinesProficient in a Windows environmentAbility to conduct Internet researchExcellent verbal & written English communication skillsPrevious Travel industry experience in either sales or contracting role is preferredTeam player
