BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :
To provide and offer support services to operations through project management and other customized engineering services
To assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
With at least two (2) three (3) years of experience in building construction related to project / construction management of office, retail, and residential developments.
Preferably a Graduate of Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
With professional license is required
With existing government mandated licenses and certifications (i.e., PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner, etc..)is an advantage;
