We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Initiatives Governance Office Lead at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Day to day management of the global HCS portfolio of growth initiatives including :

  • Demand management including monitoring, tracking, management and reporting of all demand and opportunity initiatives including CBA process and benefits realisation
  • Management of the portfolio and sub-portfolio level to enable monitoring, tracking, management and reporting of all HCS led and HCS involved initiatives
  • Supporting across the full initiative build lifecycle with reference to MIS, resourcing and PPT (people, process, tools and technology)
  • Consistent project management methodologies including program / project structures, professional standards, tools, templates and reporting frameworks which are proportionate to the scale of each initiative with core common elements
  • Establishment of a Community of Excellence for project managers across Human Capital Solutions
  • Upskilling of project management resources including career pathing, methodology, process, tooling, training and talent acquisition model
  • Coordination of all PIR, QBR, MRR and other Aon reporting including the provision of all initiative portfolio content
  • Development of HCS project management operating model including
  • Optimisation of client service project management operating models to increase productivity and profitability
  • Capacity creation to enable project management support focused on commercially focused growth execution projects in addition to platform, regulatory and internal efficiency projects
  • Partnership with regional project management hubs to leverage project management capabilities and resources to support HCS initiatives
  • Partnership and alignment with Global portfolio management team to drive consistency and efficiency

    Suggested Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio, programme and business management roles
  • Strong initiative, organization, project management and execution skills
  • Ability to lead by influence and drive consensus among senior executives as well as lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
  • Strength in relationship building and network development across a large organization
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and lead and drive change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Takes personal responsibility for solving problems
  • High levels of personal motivation and a strong work ethic
