Job Description : Primary Function :
Primary Function :
Responsible for the calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes.
These include automated test handlers’ sub-assemblies and related components or parts.
Competency Level :
Graduate of 2 or 3 years technical or vocational course preferably related to Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical.
Fresh graduate or must have at least 2-years of work experience in an electronics or semiconductor industry.
Have basic mechanical and electronics knowledge.
Can operate the equipment (Explain major equipment subsystem)
Clear minor jams.
Performs simple setups and conversions.
Major Duties & Responsibilities :
Performs handler setup activities including but not limited to setting up the temperature, lead count, setup file per package, and installing LN2 tank as required on the lot to be tested.
Troubleshoots and repairs handler jams and errors.
Inspects, cleans, and aligns the contact and plunger assemblies as part of contact verification related to low yield setup.
Conducts search for missing units in the handler.
Performs mini-PM activities and Calibration as required by TPM.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by Superiors from time to time.
Ensure that the company’s commitment to environmental management, health, and safety is observed and performed.
Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
