Job Description

What you will be doing :

  • Ensures sufficient mise en place is available and ensure operation is running smoothly at all times.
  • Has knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation in his area of responsibility.
  • Creates new innovative dishes concerning his / her line of specialty and ensures that production is done according to the standard recipes.
  • Work Experience

    Your experience and skills include :

  • Graduate of a degree in Culinary or any related field.
  • Knowledgeable of HACCP, Food Safety Management System and in entremetier operations.
