Job Description

  • Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems
  • Monitor the systems current state using different monitoring tools and report issues by following the defined escalation process
  • Perform reports generation and analysis of reports
  • Send incident communications
  • Ticket triaging and ticket management
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
  • Preferably native speaker or with at least HSK4 certification
  • Strong and effective written and oral English communication skills
  • with experience in application support, incident ticket triaging and management
  • experience in analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and project management
  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
