Produce analytics and reporting map key processes, document requirements, manage stakeholders in the collection of requirements, identify insurance portfolio trends and data interpretation.
Build, manage and maintain both adhoc and BAU reporting requirements
Monitor performance of all relevant product lines, identify trends, provide analyses on design and reports and measure line management is informed of findingsConsistently manage data and identify better ways to report and maintain dataProvide analysis on workforce and reporting trendsCreate new reports for business units on-demand to assist in Portfolio analysis, regulatory reporting, business planning, etc.
Assist in developing new and ad-hoc reportsIdentify and drill down errors on reports
General knowledge of insurance business and related market conditions preferredFundamental knowledge of data analysis, extraction and management techniques for insurance portfolios
Intermediate programming skills in SQL, SAS, ExcelStrong problem solving skillsStrong quantitative / analytical skillClear and concise communication skillsAbility to work under minimal supervisionData management skillsAttention to detailsProficient in MS Office suite, including ExcelEffective collaboration skills
Degree qualified in Actuarial, Computer Science, IT, Accountancy, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related discipline 2-3 years experience in a reporting / analytical / automation roleAmenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and PH holidaysAmenable to work in BGC, Taguig
