Job Description

Provides leadership, direction and management of the research team.

Provides expertise and recommendations to the team on topics such as user-interface development or the role of human users in automated systems.

Responsible for training and development of the research team.

Leads and conducts usability research, in-depth interviews, focus groups and contextual inquiries to determine user profiles or personas, use cases and other user-related insights.

Performs and / or oversees user interface usability studies, inspections, evaluations and audits to assess the user-interface or usability characteristics of products.

Oversees the research team in the project’s life cycle, with emphasis on research methodologies and resource efficiency.

Qualifications : Ability to understand and listen to user’s needs. Prerably with research background

Salary Range : 18,000 30,000 depending on experience
