Job Description A Customer Advocate interacts with clients’ customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
In addition, you deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
Usually, Customer Advocates gather their information and interact with customers via email messages. This role will require you to be comfortable with answering the client’s queries with an open mind and willing to work with data.
It is important that you provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
You need to be flexible to work on rotating shifts. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field you’re passionate about! 1 year of customer service experience (may it be email or phone support).
Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications. The ability to accept feedback gracefully.
